Individual consults One on one consults tailored to a variety of conditions and education is given based on your individual food intake and needs. A Dietitian in conjunction with a a wonderful home cook will show you how easy healthy and tasting cooking can be. They involve preparing a three to four course Mediterranean style, reduced fat menu and includes samples of the meals (of course) and a glass of Italian Vino! The recipes are provided for all the dishes and it is a fun, interactive way to learn simple, healthy dishes. Healthy and Mediterranean Cooking Classes These Mediterranean Cooking Classes are run in groups in the Butler Community Center. This class really gives you the tools to help choose the right foods for you and your family and reduce confusion around shopping for healthy foods. Sessions are run for one hour and involve going through different sections of the supermarket and comparing food products and educating on how to identify healthy foods quickly and easily and the best foods for your needs.Dietitians favourite food brands will also be highlighted.
