This class focuses on a menu which is delicious but lower in calories and fat than the other menus, for the health or weight conscious person. Easy, simple and calorie controlled meals are prepared with the recipes modified by our Dietitian. This class is suitable for you if:
- You are interested in gourmet food and want to learn a really impressive dish, even if it takes an hour!
- You cooking skills are intermediate to advanced
Healthy Cooking Classes:
This is ideal for the busy but health conscious person. The dishes simple and delicious and you will be sure to impress your friends with these menus! Every month there will be meals prepared from a different region so you can work your way around Italy!
Cooking from Scratch/Advanced Class:
In this class, we look at some of the most traditional meals from Italy and prepare everything from scratch, including making fresh pastas, pizzas and other delicious foods. (more).
